SUMMER Group fitness sessions for adults of ALL ABILITIES ages 18+
This class is designed to be more advanced!
Designed for those individuals who can independently follow visual and verbal instruction. Faster paced class that teaches our athletes to MOVE more efficiently and increase ones' ability to perform activities of daily living! Learn how to develop strength, flexibility, balance, functional movements, motor planning and sequencing, gross motor patterns, proprioception, and positive social interactions. Classes offer a group warm up and various routines such as obstacle course training, circuit training, sport-specific drills, or specific fitness-related skills, and a group cool down. All classes incorporate full-body functional exercises that increase one’s ability to move more easily throughout the day.
Classes will be held at "Pilates Fitness Encino" in Encino: 17223 Ventura Blvd. Encino, CA 91316
Schedule: Wednesday's from 5:30p -6:30p from June 27th - August 1st
Cost: 6-Week Class Pass - $110.00
