Thanksgiving marks the start of the Holiday Season. Huge feasts, elabroate holiday parties, endless amounts of desserts and sweets fill the air. There is just sooo much goodness!! Just look how much fun Charlie Brown and the gang are having!!
These wonderful distractions can sometimes bump us on the road to unhealthy habits and inactivity.
Along this road, it is important to remember to keep ourselves motivated, active, and moving! Use this holiday season to its full potential and encourage your families and friends to move with you. I am a huge believer in group training! Group training can not only provide you with a safe, encouraging, and competitive environment, but can be a great way to help a family member or friend get back on track to a healthy lifestyle. Bring your workouts outdoors and create family sports games or take a loved one on that hike you have been trying to get to for the past year. Get creative and get moving!
I wanted to give you a fun, energetic, and challenging circuit routine to complete in that 30 minute time slot between your (fill in the blank) and your (fill in the black).
