Accessibility Statement
ZOOZ Fitness is committed to making [zoozfitness.com] (the “Site”) accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We’re working to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
1. Our Approach
We aim to:
- Provide text alternatives for non-text content (images, icons, buttons)
- Ensure the Site can be navigated using a keyboard alone
- Maintain sufficient color contrast for readability
- Structure content with clear headings and labels so screen readers can interpret it correctly
- Design forms (class booking, membership sign-up, contact) with clear labels and error messaging
2. Known Limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. Some areas of the Site — for example, embedded third-party booking widgets or older content — may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We’re actively working to identify and correct these gaps.
3. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, or need class or membership information in an alternate format, contact us:
ZOOZ Fitness
20951 Burbank Blvd, Suite D, Woodland Hills, CA 91367
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback in a timely manner.
4. In-Person Accommodations
If you’re visiting a ZOOZ Fitness location and need an accommodation for a class, facility access, or equipment, let our front desk staff know or contact us in advance so we can help.
5. Ongoing Work
We periodically review the Site as content and features change, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve. This statement will be updated as our accessibility efforts progress.
