Jody
Coach

Jody

Coach

Movement has always been something Jody studied long before it became her work—through sports, athletes, martial arts, and the understanding that greatness is built through consistent daily effort. For 20 years, she’s worked in fitness across a wide range of populations, including weight loss clients, post-injury rehabilitation, and functional strength training. What she’s learned is that people don’t just need a program—they need to feel safe, understood, and reconnected to their own bodies. Her coaching is grounded in empathy and awareness. She meets people where they are, helps them reconnect cognitively with movement, and builds progress that feels achievable and real. Training is practical, honest, and fully adapted to the individual—not the system. The goal is simple: create sustainable wins that rebuild confidence and expand what people believe they’re capable of.

Jose (Jr)

Coach

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jose’s passion for movement started early. From the age of six through high school, he competed in sports at a high level, building not just skill but a deep respect for discipline, hard work, and the power of physical training. In 2020, he turned that lifelong passion into purpose by becoming a certified personal trainer. From there, he never looked back. He’s continued to level up, earning multiple certifications and recently completing his Associate of Science in Kinesiology. Now, he’s pushing forward toward his Bachelor’s degree, committed to mastering the science behind performance, recovery, and human movement. Beyond the gym, he’s a proud father of four. Each of his kids is pursuing their own craft and doing amazing things, which fuels his drive even more. He leads by example, showing them that dedication, education, and consistency open doors. “Personal training is one thing. But being able to help an athlete with disabilities move their body, adapt to a workout, and discover what they’re capable of. That's one of the greatest feelings you can experience as a trainer.”That's the impact. That's the purpose. And that’s why I do what I do.”
